Abarceo Pharma is attending the BioStock Summit to present its work on novel treatments for mitochondrial dysfunction, with an initial focus on Type 2 Diabetes. The company will highlight its research on VDAC1, a mitochondrial protein linked to impaired beta-cell function, and its potential to help restore the cells’ natural ability to produce insulin.
